Series RP Preferred Stock definition

Series RP Preferred Stock means the shares of the Company’s Series RP Stock, par value of $.01 per share, reserved for issuance pursuant to the Rights Agreement, dated as of December 20, 2000, between the Company and Mellon Investor Services LLC.
