Series Principal Collections definition

Series Principal Collections means, with respect to any day or any Distribution Date or Trust Distribution Date, as applicable, the sum of the amount of Class Principal Collections for each Class for such day or for the related Due Period, as applicable.

Series Principal Collections with respect to any Series for any specified period of time shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Series Supplement.
