Series Ordinance definition

Series Ordinance means an ordinance of County Council authorizing the issuance of a Series of Bonds pursuant to the Bond Ordinance in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, enacted by the County Council in accordance with Article IV hereof.
Series Ordinance means an ordinance of City Council authorizing the issuance of a Series or multiple Series of Bonds pursuant to this Bond Ordinance in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, enacted by City Council in accordance with Article IV hereof.
