Series of Secured Debt definition

Series of Secured Debt means, severally, each Series of Priority Lien Debt and each Series of Parity Lien Debt.
Series of Secured Debt means the Priority Lien Debt, each Series of Second Lien Debt and each Series of Third Lien Debt.

  • In connection with any matter under this Agreement requiring a vote of holders of Secured Debt, each Series of Secured Debt will cast its votes in accordance with the Secured Debt Documents governing such Series of Secured Debt.

Series of Secured Debt means, severally, each of Working Capital Facility Indebtedness, Notes Indebtedness and the Pari Passu Indebtedness.
Series of Secured Debt means, severally, the Secured Debt under (i) the Credit Agreement, (ii) the Indenture and (iii) each other issue or series of Secured Debt for which a single transfer register is maintained.
