Series of Notes definition

Series of Notes means the Notes and the Series of Notes secured by this Agreement as the same exist on the Effective Date, without giving effect to any amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes effected or made after any such Effective Date unless such amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes have been consented to in writing by Principal Life.

Series of Notes or “Series” means each series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and the applicable Series Supplement.

Series of Notes means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02 hereof.

Examples of Series of Notes in a sentence

• The Representative appointed in respect of the first Tranche of any Series of Notes will be the Representative of the single Masse of all Tranches in such Series.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, in respect of a Series of Notes, each Agreement, each relevant Confirmation and each Transaction shall form a single agreement with respect to that Series of Notes.

• In relation to any sums received or recovered, the Issuer (or Mintos on its behalf) will follow these Terms and Conditions in determining to which Series of Notes such sums relate and such determination will be binding on Noteholders of all Series in the absence of manifest error.

• The Issuer may from time to time without the consent of the Noteholders create and issue further Series and further tranches of existing Series of Notes.

• These Conditions may be amended, modified, or varied in relation to any Series of Notes by the terms of the relevant Pricing Supplement in relation to such Series.

More Definitions of Series of Notes

Series of Notes or “Series” means any Series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and a related Series Supplement, which may include within any Series multiple Classes of Notes, one or more of which may be subordinated to another Class or Classes of Notes.

Series of Notes means the series of Notes issued by the Trust.

Series of Notes means in respect of the Notes, each series issued on a given Issue Date.

Series of Notes or "SERIES" means Series 1997-C or any, or as the context may require, all, additional series of notes issued as described in paragraph 3 of the Introductory Statements hereto.

Series of Notes or “Note Series” means any issue of Notes issued to finance the making or purchase of one or more corresponding CM Loans and includes all series of Notes issued under the indenture.
