Series Notes definition

Series Notes means interest bearing subordinated promissory notes issued by certain Operating Subsidiaries and currently held by the Trust;

Series Notes means, with respect to each Advance, those certain notes, substantially in the form of the Replacement Notes, executed by Borrower in favor of the Lenders, each in an amount equal to such Lender’s Ratable Share of the applicable Advance, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Series Notes means, collectively, the Series [ ]A Notes and the Series [ ]B Notes.

More Definitions of Series Notes

Series Notes means, for any Series, if the relevant Supplement for such Series provides that related Series Indebtedness is to be represented by Notes, the debt notes executed by the Trust and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form annexed to the relevant Supplement and issued by the Trust to evidence such Series Indebtedness in accordance with sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the Trust Indenture;

Series Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of this Indenture Supplement.

Series Notes means any of the notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

Series Notes means tax-exempt promissory notes of the Commonwealth having a maturity of 270 days or less and issued by the Commonwealth pursuant to the Series _ Issuing and Paying Agency Agreement for the purposes specified in Section 2.8, together with any such notes issued from time to time in renewal thereof.

Series Notes set forth therein was modified to refer the "Series __ Notes" and each reference to "this Agreement" therein was modified to refer to the Note Purchase Agreements as supplemented by the _______ Supplement. The Section references hereinafter set forth correspond to the similar sections of the Note Purchase Agreements which are supplemented hereby:
