Series K Bonds definition

Series K Bonds. As defined in the first paragraph hereof.
Series K Bonds means the Bonds authorized to be issued pursuant to Section 2.01 of the Eighth Supplemental Indenture.
Series K Bonds means the Authority’s Revenue Bonds, Westminster School Issue, Series K, authorized, issued and secured pursuant to the Indenture.

  • The issue consists of the 5-year or Series K Bonds amounting to P11.4 billion with a fixed interest equivalent to 4.8643% per annum due on 2025 and 7-year or Series L Bonds amounting to P3.6 billion with a fixed interest equivalent to 5.0583% per annum due on 2027.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Trust Preferred Securities any preferred securities issued by a Trust Preferred Securities Subsidiary, where such preferred securities have the following characteristics:

  • Series A Debentures means the Series A 9-7/8% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 15, 2027 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • 2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Series A Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series A Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series A Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series A Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.
