Series E Stock definition

Series E Stock means the series of Preferred Stock authorized and designated as Series E Convertible Preferred Stock at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized and designated after the date of the Certificate.
Series E Stock shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.

Series E Stock means the series of Preferred Stock authorized and designated as the Series E Convertible Preferred Stock issued or issuable pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of February 6, 1995, among Cablevision Industries Corporation, Alan Gerry, the Corporation and TW CVI Acquisition Sub (thx "Xxxxxxxsion Merger Agreement"), including any shares thereof authorized and designated after the date of the Certificate.
