Series D Preferred Securities definition

Series D Preferred Securities means the 8.5% Non-Cumulative Series D Preferred Securities, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Series D Preferred Securities means the __% Cumulative Preferred Securities, Series D, representing limited partner interests of PECO Energy Capital. Unless otherwise defined herein, all other capitalized terms used herein have the meanings set forth in the Original Indenture.
