Series D Notes definition

Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.

Examples of Series D Notes in a sentence

  • In the event the Series D Notes are not redeemed on the First Call Date, interest will be payable annually at a rate equal to the relevant Euro 5 Year Swap rate plus 3.700% per year (the “Margin”) in respect of the Reset Period commencing on the First Call Date and each subsequent Reset Period, up to but excluding May 23, 2044 (the “Step-up Date”).

More Definitions of Series D Notes

Series D Notes as used herein shall include, as applicable, each Series A Note, Series B Note, Series C Note or Series D Note delivered pursuant to any provision of the 2006 Agreement and each Series A Note, Series B Note, Series C Note or Series D Note, as applicable, delivered in substitution or exchange therefor pursuant to any provision of the 2006 Agreement.
Series D Notes means the Notes designated as “Series D” in the chart set forth in Section 1.1, together with any such Notes issued in substitution therefor pursuant to Section 13 of this Agreement, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Series D Notes means the Series D Senior Guaranteed Notes issued by TLGI pursuant to the Note Agreement, dated as of September 1, 1993, between TLGI, as issuer, LGII, as guarantor, and the purchasers thereunder together with the related guaranties of Neweol Finance B.V. and Loewen Group Barbados Inc. and all related agreements, as amended or modified.
Series D Notes means the Exchange Notes.
Series D Notes means those notes outstanding under the Series D Indenture.
