Series C Liquidation Amount definition

Series C Liquidation Amount means the amount due to the Series C Holders upon a Liquidation of the Company pursuant to the Series C Certificate of Designations.
Series C Liquidation Amount means an amount in cash or property (valued at its Fair Market Value), or a combination thereof, equal to $8.25 per share of Series C Stock held by a Holder (which per share amount shall be subject to equitable adjustment whenever there shall occur a stock split, combination, reclassification or other similar event involving the Series C Stock) plus all Series C Accrued Dividends.
