Series Bonds definition

Series Bonds means the Sacramento City Financing Authority 2006 Taxable Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series _ ( ). Series _ Reserve Requirement
Series Bonds or the "BONDS" - a series of registered (Series D) Bonds, unlimited in amount, of NIS 1 par value each of the Company, the terms of which are set out in this Deed, to be issued from time to time at the Company's exclusive discretion.
Series Bonds means the bonds authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Senior Bond Resolution.

More Definitions of Series Bonds

Series Bonds means the Bonds of the Local Agency of that Series designation authorized by and at any time Outstanding pursuant hereto and executed, issued and delivered in accordance with Section 2.02 hereof.

References herein to the 2021- 2022 Bonds shall be deemed to include separately designated Series of Bonds authorized hereby, if any, and any converted Series of Bonds initially issued as convertible option bonds.
