Series B Shares definition

Series B Shares means the shares of Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, of the Company.

Series B Shares means the shares of the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock issued pursuant to the Series B Purchase Agreement.
