Series B Shareholders definition

Series B Shareholders means the holders of the Series B Shares;
Series B Shareholders means holders of the Series B Shares, and a “Series B Shareholder” means any of the Series B Shareholders.
Series B Shareholders means the holders of Series B Shares of the Company as listed in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.
