SERIES B SENIOR SUBORDINATED NOTES definition

SERIES B SENIOR SUBORDINATED NOTES means the Borrower's 10% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due January 15, 2007, issued in exchange for Series A Senior Subordinated Notes, in the form set forth in the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture as in effect on the Initial Borrowing Date, and as such Series B Senior Subordinated Notes may be modified, supplemented or amended from time to time, pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof.
SERIES B SENIOR SUBORDINATED NOTES. The Company's 10 1/2% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2004 and 10 5/8% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007 to be issued pursuant to the Indentures in the Exchange Offer.
SERIES B SENIOR SUBORDINATED NOTES has the meaning assigned to it in the preamble to this Senior Subordinated Note Indenture.
