Series B Preferred Shareholders definition

Series B Preferred Shareholders means the holders of Series B Preferred Shares.

Series B Preferred Shareholders or “Series B Preferred Shareholder” have their respective meanings set out in the Recitals.

Series B Preferred Shareholders means any holder of the issued and outstanding Series B Preferred Shares.
