Examples of Series B Preference in a sentence
Any shares of Series B Preference Stock purchased or otherwise acquired by the Corporation in any manner whatsoever shall be retired and cancelled promptly after the acquisition thereof.
Such number of shares may be increased or decreased by resolution of the Board of Directors; provided, that no decrease shall reduce the number of shares of Series B Preference Stock to a number less than the number of shares then outstanding plus the number of shares reserved for issuance upon the exercise of outstanding options, rights or warrants or upon the conversion of any outstanding securities issued by the Corporation convertible into Series B Preference Stock.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Series B Preference Shares or depositary shares representing an interest in Series B Preference Shares are issued in book-entry form through DTC, such notices may be given to the holders of the Series B Preference Shares in any manner permitted by DTC.
Series B Preference Units that are purchased or otherwise acquired by the Partnership shall be cancelled.
The Series B Preference Units shall not have the benefit of any sinking fund.
