Series B Bonds definition

Series B Bonds means the series of New Bonds known as the Series B Bonds to be distributed pursuant to the Plan, which may be issued in the form of current interest bonds, capital appreciation bonds, convertible bonds, or convertible capital appreciation bonds, with the principal terms as described in Article XVII, and otherwise issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan, the Confirmation Order, and the New Master Indenture.
Series B Bonds means the Initial Series B Bonds and the New Series B Bonds.
Series B Bonds means the Issuer's Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, Series B (Alabama Power Company Farley Plant Project), dated November 1, 1984, in txx xxxginal aggregate principal amount of $100,000,000.

Series B Bonds means the Landlord's Adjustable Tender Securities Bonds (Carmike Cinemas, Inc.) 1997 Series B (consisting of a Series B-1, a Series B-2 and a Series B-3) in the aggregate principal amount of $12,975,000, to be issued by the Landlord pursuant to the Indenture.
