Series A Stockholders definition

Series A Stockholders has the meaning set forth in that certain Investors’ Rights Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and among Holdings, the Series A Stockholders and the Series B Stockholders (as defined therein) (the “Investors’ Rights Agreement”).
Series A Stockholders means Xxxx Xxxxxx, a resident of the State of California, Xxxxx Xxx, a resident of the State of California, Xxxxx Xxxx, a resident of the State of California, and Xxxxx Xxxx, a resident of the State of California.
Series A Stockholders means, collectively, the holders of the Series A Preferred Stock from time to time.

Series A Stockholders has the meaning set forth in the preface above.
