Series A Preferred Units definition

Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

Series A Preferred Units shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.

More Definitions of Series A Preferred Units

Series A Preferred Units means the Partnership’s 8.5% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Partnership Units, with the rights, priorities and preferences set forth herein.

Series A Preferred Units means the Series A convertible preferred class of Units designated as “Series A Preferred Units” and having the relative rights, preferences, privileges, limitations and qualifications set forth in this Agreement.
