Series A Indenture definition

Series A Indenture means the convertible debenture indenture dated May 18, 2017 between the Company and the Debenture Trustee with respect to the Series A Debentures.
Series A Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of August 1, 2003, among the Borrower, the guarantors named therein and Bank One N.A., as trustee, governing the terms of the Series A Notes.
Series A Indenture means the Indenture, of even date herewith, under which the Series A Notes are issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Series A Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of the Issue Date, by and between the Company and the trustee named therein, governing the Series A Notes, as such indenture may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
