Series A Directors definition

Series A Directors means the directors of the Company that have been solely designated by the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation, the Stockholders Agreement or otherwise.

Series A Directors means the directors of the Company that the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation.

Series A Directors shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2.2(a)(ii).

• In addition, unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors, including both Series A Directors, the Company shall retain a “right of first refusal” on employee transfers until the Company’s IPO and shall have the right to repurchase unvested shares at cost upon termination of employment of a holder of restricted stock.

More Definitions of Series A Directors

Series A Directors or “Series A Director” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

Series A Directors or “Series A Director” has the meaning specified in Article 73(a).
