Series 2015 Bonds definition

Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015 Senior Bonds and the Series 2015 Subordinate Bonds.

Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015A Bonds and the Series 2015B Bonds.

• Each such notice shall also state that on said date there will become due and payable on each of said Series 2015 Bonds the redemption price thereof, together with interest accrued thereon to the redemption date, and that from and after such redemption date interest thereon shall cease to accrue, and shall require that such Series 2015 Bonds be then surrendered at the address of the Trustee specified in the redemption notice.

• Notice of redemption shall be mailed by first-class mail by the Trustee, not less than thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60) days prior to the redemption date to (i) the respective Bondholders of the Series 2015 Bonds designated for redemption at their addresses appearing on the registration books of the Trustee, (ii) the Securities Depositories and (iii) one or more Information Services.

Series 2015 Bonds means the Issuer’s Water and Sewage System Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2015, dated April 28, 2015.

Series 2015 Bonds means the Issuer’s Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds, Series 2015 (Cessna Aircraft Company) issued in the original principal amount of $625,000.

Series 2015 Bonds means the Series 2015A Bonds and Series 2015B Bonds of the County authorized by this 2015 Series Ordinance, whether or not such Bonds are actually issued in calendar year 2015. If the Series 2015 Bonds are issued in a year other than 2015, then the Series 2015 Bonds will bear the year designation of the year in which it is actually issued.
