Series 2005B Bonds definition

Series 2005B Bonds means the Issuer’s Water and Sewer Utility Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2005B, dated August 17, 2005.

Series 2005B Bonds means the Board’s Permanent University Fund Bonds, Series 2005B, issued as Series 2005 Bonds pursuant to the Series 2005 Resolution in the original aggregate principal amount of $124,625,000.

Series 2005B Bonds means the series of Bonds designated as such, as provided in Section 2.1 hereof, authorized and issued hereunder in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10,500,000.

Series 2005B Bonds means the City’s Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 2005B.

Series 2005B Bonds means the Brentwood Infrastructure Financing Authority, Infrastructure Revenue Refunding Bonds, Subordinated Series 2005B authorized and issued hereunder.
