Series 1997 Bonds definition

Series 1997 Bonds means the Authority's General Revenue Bonds, Series 1997 authorized pursuant to the First Supplemental Resolution dated January 1, 1997 and issued January 22, 1997 in the original aggregate principal amount of $49,015,000.
Series 1997 Bonds means the City's $14,230,000 original principal amount General Obligation Bonds, Series 1 997.
Series 1997 Bonds means the $20,105,000 principal amount of special obligation bonds of Lessor designated Special Facilities Revenue Bonds, Refunding Series 1997 (Federal Express Corporation) and issued under Sections 2.07 and 2.08 of the Indenture and the Sixth Supplemental Indenture and in accordance with Section 7.6 of the Lease.
