Series 1 Shares definition

Series 1 Shares means the cumulative rate reset preference shares, series 1 issued by Capital Power Corporation

Series 1 Shares means the Class A Preference Shares, Series 1 of BRP Equity.

Series 1 Shares means the cumulative rate reset preference shares, series 1 issued by the Company "Series 3 Shares" means the cumulative rate reset preference shares, series 3 issued by the Company "Series 5 Shares" means the cumulative rate reset preference shares, series 5 issued by the Company

• If at the meeting the holders of at least one-third of the outstanding Series 1 Shares are not present or represented by proxy within 30 minutes after the time appointed for the meeting, the meeting will be adjourned to such date, not less than 21 days afterwards, and to such time and place as the chairman of the meeting may designate, and not less than 15 days' written notice shall be given of the adjourned meeting.

• References to a “holder” in relation to Series 1 Shares means a registered holder of those shares.

• Concentra will give to each holder of Series 1 Shares to be redeemed a notice in writing of the intention of Concentra to redeem such shares (the “Redemption Notice”).

• Concentra shall have the right, with respect to any funds deposited by Concentra to any chartered bank or trust company in respect of amounts due to holders of Series 1 Shares, on or after the first anniversary date of the deposit of such funds to any chartered bank or trust company, to require that such chartered bank or trust company return to Concentra any funds which remain unclaimed by holders of the Series 1 Shares.

Series 1 Shares means the first series of Preferred Stock, designated 5% Cumulative Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock, Series 1, of which 467,500 are issued and outstanding as at November 30, 1999;
