As of the date of this Tax Sharing Agreement, such subsidiaries include the SeraNova Limited, Azimuth Companies, NetPub, and Intelligroup India, all as defined in the Distribution Agreement between SeraNova and Intelligroup, executed contemporaneously with the execution of this Tax Sharing Agreement.
