Separation Effective Time definition

Separation Effective Time means the closing of the IPO.

Separation Effective Time means the time immediately prior to Completion and immediately prior to the Completion Accounts Effective Time (as such term is defined in the SPA);

More Definitions of Separation Effective Time

Separation Effective Time means the time at which the Separation becomes effective;

Separation Effective Time means the time at which the Separation occurs on the Separation Date, which shall be deemed to be 12:01 a.m., New York City time.
