Failing such cure, the end of the cure period shall be deemed Employee’s Separation Date.
The 60th day after Notice of Termination shall be deemed Employee’s Separation Date.
The Bank shall provide Employee with the appropriate COBRA notification within the time required by the law from the Separation Date.
Alternatively, the Bank may, at its option, at any time after Employee gives written Notice of Resignation as herein provided, pay Employee’s accrued salary up to and including the effective Separation Date set forth in Employee’s Notice of Resignation, and thereupon immediately release and terminate Employee’s employment.
