Separate Utility Lines. Separate Utility Lines" shall mean all utility lines, connections and facilities or portions thereof that extend to a particular point of delivery to a particular Tract designated on the Plans attached hereto as Exhibit "B", installed for the sole and exclusive use and benefit of any Buildings, Tracts or portions thereof comprising the Redeveloped Aladdin for the transmission of electrical power, natural gas, chilled water, hot water, domestic water, fire protection water, storm drainage, sanitary sewage, telephone service, cable television service, and other telecommunication services, which the party requiring and benefitting from the use of such Separate Utility Lines shall install, and which shall be maintained, repaired and restored as set forth in the REA.
Separate Utility Lines means those Utility Lines that are installed to provide the applicable service to one particular Unit. For the purposes of this Agreement, the portion of a Utility Line extending between a Public Utility Line and the termination of the line shall be considered a Separate Utility Line.
Separate Utility Lines means those Utility Lines that provide the applicable utility service from the Common Utility Lines to a Unit or to a Building or other improvements located on a Unit or within which a Unit is located.

Examples of Separate Utility Lines in a sentence

  • All construction activities related to the construction, renovation or repair of Buildings, Separate Utility Lines, and other improvements that may be constructed by a Unit Owner shall be conducted, to the greatest extent possible within the boundaries of the Unit and appurtenant Limited Common Area, and in a manner that causes the least interference with existing Common Area and other Unit Owners.

Related to Separate Utility Lines

  • Utility line means any item of public or private property which is buried or placed below ground
