Separate Meter definition

Separate Meter means a Company Meter used to measure the amount of electricity delivered to a Customer leasing or owning individual units in a multiple-unit building.
Separate Meter shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 17.1.
Separate Meter means the separate meter installed by Service Provider at the Data Center Facility for metering the electrical power consumed in the operation of the Co- location Servers and MDC Infrastructure, located as set forth in the Information Memorandum.

  • Separate Meter shall be located as set out in the Information Memorandum.

  • If the Phase I Commencement Date occurs before Landlord shall install the Separate Meter, then Landlord shall make a reasonable estimate of Tenant’s and the adjoining tenant’s respective shares of electrical usage periodically, and xxxx Tenant on a monthly basis for its proportionate share accordingly (the “Alternative Billing”).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall install the Separate Meter within 90 days after the Remaining Space Commencement Date, provided that with respect to the air handler that serves both the Premises and the adjacent space, Tenant understands it may be impractical for Landlord to install the Separate Meter, in which case the Alternative Billing will continue for the payment of electricity related to such air handler.

  • Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;
