SEPARATE DOCUMENT OF TITLE. 24.1 All Statements made in the Proclamation of Sale and Conditions of Sale or otherwise relating to the property are made without responsibility on the part of the Assignee, its Solicitors and the Auctioneer or either of them. No such statements may be relied upon as statement or representation of fact and neither the Assignee, its Solicitors, the Auctioneer nor any person in their employment has any authority to make or give any representation or warranty whatever in relation to the property.
