Separate ballot means a separate page or display screen
Separate ballot means a separate page or display screen of the ballot that is clearly defined and distinguishable from other portions of the ballot.
Separate ballot means a ballot specific to a single political party or an unaffiliated ballot. When separate ballots are used, all ballots must be issued to each absentee voter unless the voter signs the appropriate oath requesting only one ballot.
