SEPA Contract definition

SEPA Contract means the contract executed by the United States Department of Energy, acting by and through the Southeastern Power Administration and the City, executed on December 31, 1996, Contract No. 00-00-0000-0000, as it may be amended or replaced during the term of this Agreement.
SEPA Contract means any of the contracts executed by the United States of America acting by and through the Southeastern Power Administration of the U. S. Department of Energy and Buyer or an LSE as of the Effective Date, as such contracts may be revised or renewed from time to time.
