Sensitive Position definition

Sensitive Position refers to an employee of the Company who is in a management, supervisory, sales, research and development, or similar role where the employee is provided Confidential Information or is involved in business dealings with the Company’s customers.
Sensitive Position means, per Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County, any position involving duties which pose a potential threat or risk to the County or to the public when performed by persons who have a criminal history incompatible with those duties, whether those persons are employees of the County or perform those services pursuant to contract;

  • The drug test shall be performed only after a conditional offer of employment but before the individual begins work in the Safety Sensitive Position.

Sensitive Position means any position so designated under Executive Order 10450 of April 27, 1953, as amended.

The Department of Budget and Management conducts random, unannounced urine testing of employees in these positions. Agencies must inform applicants for sensitive classifications and positions that testing for illegal use of drugs is required.

Sensitive Position means a category of duties and/or responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following:
Sensitive Position means any position within or in support of a department or agency, the occupant of which could bring about, by virtue of the nature of the position, a material adverse effect on the national security, regardless of whether the occupant has access toclassified information, and regardless of whether the occupant is an employee, a military service member, or a contractor.
