Sensitive materials definition

Sensitive materials means the same as the term is defined in Subsection 53G-10-103(1)(g).

Sensitive materials means any printed or digital material described as pornographic in Sections 76-10-1201, 76-10-1203, or 76-10-1227.

  • Procedures for protecting Committee Sensitive materials shall be in writing and shall be given to each Com- mittee staff member.

  • If defense counsel provides Defendant access to Sensitive or Highly Sensitive materials, defense counsel must advise Defendant that Defendant may not record any personal identity information as identified in Rule 49.1 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure or any telephone numbers, email addresses, driver’s license numbers, and similar unique identifying information.

  • The procedures for use of designated Sensitive and Highly Sensitive materials during any hearing or the trial of this matter shall be determined by the parties and the Court in advance of the hearing or trial.

Sensitive materials means information, documents, and things the government believes in good faith is not generally known to others, and which the government (i) would not ordinarily reveal to third parties except in confidence, or (ii) believes in good faith is protected by a rights of privacy under federal or state law or any other applicable privilege or right related to confidentiality or privacy.

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.

  • DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.

  • Explosive material means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.

Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.
