Senior Subordinated Note Indentures definition

Senior Subordinated Note Indentures means the Indentures dated as of February 18, 2003, among the U.S. Borrower, the Subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as in effect on the Closing Date and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.
Senior Subordinated Note Indentures means the Existing Senior Subordinated Note Indentures and, after the respective issuances of the Additional Senior Subordinated Notes and the Converted Senior Subordinated Notes, the respective indentures under which the same are issued.
Senior Subordinated Note Indentures means, collectively, the Senior Subordinated Indenture between the Company, the subsidiary guarantors named therein and First Trust National Association, as trustee, dated as of June 24, 1997, as amended or modified from time to time and the Indenture between the Company, the subsidiary guarantors named therein, and U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as trustee, dated as of December 1, 1998, as amended or modified from time to time.

  • The obligations of each Subsidiary Guarantor under the Loan Documents to which it is a party constitute "Guarantor Senior Debt" of such Subsidiary Guarantor under and as defined in the Senior Subordinated Note Indentures.
