Senior Securities definition

Senior Securities means senior securities (as such term is defined and determined pursuant to the Investment Company Act and any orders of the SEC issued to the Borrower thereunder).
Senior Securities means Securities other than Subordinated Securities.

  • The Notes shall constitute a series of Securities having the title as stated in Exhibit B hereto and shall be designated as Senior Securities under the Indenture.
