Senior Secured Notes Documents definition

Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes Guarantees, the Senior Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Arrangements, any supplemental indenture, any security document relating to the Senior Secured Notes and/or the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and any other document that may be entered into pursuant to any of the foregoing.

Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, each Intercreditor Agreement to the extent then in effect, the notes, the purchase agreement, mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements).

Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, the notes and the notes purchase agreement).

More Definitions of Senior Secured Notes Documents
