Senior Secured Noteholder definition

Senior Secured Noteholder means each beneficial owner of Senior Secured Notes (including, to the extent its Senior Secured Notes are assigned to one of its Related Funds, any such Related Fund).
Senior Secured Noteholder means a Holder of any of the Senior Secured Notes.
Senior Secured Noteholder means a Holder of a Senior Notes Claim.

For the avoidance of doubt, debtor-in-possession loans and FLLO Loans shall constitute Senior Secured Loans.
