Senior Secured Facility definition

Senior Secured Facility means, initially, the Initial Senior Secured Facility and, upon payment in full and termination of the Initial Senior Secured Facility, any loan or purchase facility (including the PSL Purchase Facility) established pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Secured Facility Loan Documents.
Senior Secured Facility means the financing agreement to be entered into on or prior to the Confirmation Date by the Company, the lenders named therein, and the agent named therein, including any related notes, guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, as such facility may be amended, restated, supplemented, refinanced, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.
