Senior Priority. Not applicable.
Senior Priority. The priority of distributions on the Senior Certificates described in Section 5.02(d)(i)(B).

Senior Priority. The priority of distribution of principal to the Class A Certificates set forth in Section 5.02 (c)(i)(A) and (B).
