Senior Percentage definition

Senior Percentage. As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates (other than the Class A-P Certificates) immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Senior Percentage. As defined in the Series Supplement.
Senior Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of each Class of Senior Certificates (other than the Class PO Certificates) as of such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of all Classes of Certificates (other than the Class PO Certificates) as of such date.

Senior Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the percentage, carried six places rounded up, obtained by dividing (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Senior Certificates of the Related Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date, by (ii) the Pool Stated Principal Balance (Non-PO Portion) of such Loan Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Senior Percentage. On any Distribution Date for a Certificate Group, the lesser of 100% and the percentage (carried to six places rounded up) obtained by dividing the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of all Classes of Senior Certificates of such Certificate Group immediately preceding such Distribution Date by the Pool Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Pool for the immediately preceding Distribution Date.
