Senior Parties definition

Senior Parties means the Agent and the Lenders;
Senior Parties collectively, the Secured Parties, solely with respect to the Senior Obligations.
Senior Parties means each agent, trustee or other representative in respect of Unsecured Note Indebtedness or DDTL Indebtedness.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the Senior Debt shall be considered to be paid in full when no further amounts are owing to the Senior Parties and all obligations of the parties under the Credit Agreement and each other Credit Document have been terminated.

Senior Parties means the holders from time to time of the Senior Debt, including any transferee or assignee of any such holder.
Senior Parties shall be deemed to refer to the New Lender or any agent or trustee for the New Lender, (y) the term "Financing Documents" shall be deemed to refer to the credit agreement, indenture or other instrument providing for the new credit facilities and (z) the term "Security Documents" shall be deemed to refer to the security agreements under which the Assigned Agreement is assigned as collateral to secure performance of the obligations of the Partnership under the new credit facilities.
Senior Parties has the meaning specified in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
Senior Parties means, collectively, the Trustee, the Collateral Agent, the Depositary Bank and any working capital provider and each successor to any of such Persons.

Senior Parties means the Persons that have extended, or that are obliged to extend, credit to the Issuer pursuant to the Senior Debt Agreements and any agent, trustee or similar representative of any such persons appointed pursuant to any Senior Debt Agreement, including the Trustee.
