Senior Outstanding Class definition

Senior Outstanding Class means Class A Notes, or if no Class A Notes remain outstanding, Class B Notes, or if no Class A Notes or Class B Notes remain outstanding, Class C Notes, or if no Class A Notes, Class B Notes or Class C Notes remain outstanding, Class D Notes, or if no Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes or Class D Notes remain outstanding, Intervening Notes, or if no Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, Class D Notes or Intervening Notes remain outstanding, Class E Subordinated Notes.
Senior Outstanding Class. ’ means the Class A Notes or, following redemption and payment in full of the Class A Notes, the Class AB Notes or, following redemption and payment in full of the Class AB Notes, the Class B Notes or, following redemption and payment in full of the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes or, following redemption and payment in full of the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes or, following redemption and payment in full of the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or, following redemption and payment in full of the Class E Notes, the Class F Notes or, following redemption and payment in full of the Class F Notes, the Class G Notes.
Senior Outstanding Class means the Class A Notes, or if no Class A Notes remain outstanding, the Class B Notes, or if no Class B Notes remain outstanding, the Class C Notes, or if no Class C Notes remain outstanding, the Class D Notes, or if no Class D Notes remain outstanding, the Class E Notes, or if no Class E Notes remain outstanding, the Subordinated Notes.

Examples of Senior Outstanding Class in a sentence

  • As noted above however, the Holders of Class A Notes (or, as the case may be, any other Senior Outstanding Class) may nevertheless not be in a position to determine the outcome of a Controlling Class decision.

  • A cross-default to another Class of Notes may be waived by the Senior Outstanding Class acting by Extraordinary Resolution.

Senior Outstanding Class means the Class A1 Notes, or if no Class A1 Notes remain Outstanding, the Class A2 Notes, or if no Class A2 Notes remain Outstanding, the Class B Notes, or if no Class B Notes remain Outstanding, the Class C Notes, or if no Class C Notes remain Outstanding, the Class D Notes, or if no Class D Notes remain Outstanding, the Class E Notes, or if no Class E Notes remain outstanding, the Subordinated Notes and, for the purposes of this definition, any reference to the Class E Notes or the Subordinated Notes includes a reference respectively to the Class P Combination Notes to the extent, respectively, of the principal amount outstanding of the relevant Component of such Notes.
Senior Outstanding Class means the most senior-ranking Class of Notes Outstanding at the relevant time, being:
Senior Outstanding Class means the Outstanding Senior Notes or, if no Senior Notes remain Outstanding, the Class B Notes then Outstanding or, if no Class B Notes remain Outstanding, the Subordinated Notes then Outstanding.
Senior Outstanding Class means (subject to Condition 14(b)(vii)) the most senior-ranking Class of Notes, other than the Class S Notes, Outstanding at the relevant time (and for these purposes treating the Class A-1-D Notes, and the Class A-1-T Notes and the Class A-2 Notes as a single Class of Notes). Holders of the Class S Notes will at no time be the Senior Outstanding Class.

  • Advances Outstanding On any day, the aggregate principal amount of all Advances outstanding on such day, after giving effect to all repayments of Advances and the making of new Advances on such day.

  • Aggregate Revolver Outstandings means, at any date of determination: the sum of (a) the unpaid balance of Revolving Loans, (b) the aggregate amount of Pending Revolving Loans, (c) one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and (d) the aggregate amount of any unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.

  • Outstanding Credit Exposure means, as to any Bank at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of its Loans outstanding at such time, plus (ii) an amount equal to its Pro Rata Share of the LC Obligations at such time.
