Senior Note Documents definition

Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreement, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreement.

Senior Note Documents means, collectively, (a) the Senior Notes, (b) each indenture that is entered into in connection with the purchase of the Senior Notes and (c) all the guarantees and other material agreements entered into in connection with the foregoing.

Senior Note Documents the Senior Note Indenture, the Senior Notes and each other document or agreement relating to the issuance of the Senior Notes, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subsection 8.13.

• The Debtors each irrevocably waive, for themselves, and their subsidiaries and affiliates, any right to challenge or contest in any way the Prepetition Security Interests or the validity or enforceability of the Senior Secured Obligations and the Senior Note Documents.

More Definitions of Senior Note Documents

Senior Note Documents means the Note Agreement, the Senior Notes, the Noteholder Guaranty Agreements and all other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected therewith or any of the transactions contemplated thereby, as each may be amended, supplemented, replaced, restated, increased, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.

Senior Note Documents means, collectively, the Indenture, the Notes, and the Security Documents (as such term is defined in the Indenture).

Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes and the Senior Notes Indenture.

Senior Note Documents means any indenture, note or other agreement evidencing or governing the Senior Notes, as such indenture, note or other agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted hereby.

Senior Note Documents means the indenture under which the Senior Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Senior Notes or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

Senior Note Documents means the Senior Note Agreement and each other material agreement, instrument or other document executed in connection therewith.

Senior Note Documents means and include each of the documents, instruments (including the Senior Notes) and other agreements entered into by the Borrower (including, without limitation, the Senior Note Indenture) relating to the issuance by the Borrower of the Senior Notes, as in effect on the Restatement Effective Date and as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
