Senior Managing Agent definition

Senior Managing Agent means and include BTCo, Chase, Citibank and Fuji, and any successor to any thereof appointed pursuant to Section 11.09.

Senior Managing Agent shall have the meaning given to that term in clause (6) of the introductory paragraph hereof.

Senior Managing Agent means each of The Bank of Nova Scotia, Calyon New York Branch, Key Bank National Association, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, and SunTrust Bank, in their capacity as Senior Managing Agents.
