Senior Manager definition

Senior Manager means each of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").
Senior Manager means a person appointed to the role of Senior Executive, Business Unit Director, Facilities Director and Director of CSIRO Services or an Enterprise Services group.
Senior Manager means the chief executive officer (or if none, the highest ranking executive officer) of the Company, and any management employee of the Company that reports directly to the chief executive officer (or if none, the highest ranking executive officer) of the Company.
