Senior Lecturer definition

Senior Lecturer a Teaching Faculty Member who has been appointed under Article 15.04 or who has been granted a Continuing Appointment through the processes of Article 19.
Senior Lecturer means a person engaged as such and employed as provided for by clause 6, Filling of Positions, to provide artistic and administrative leadership to a Printmaking, Photography, Sculpture, Ceramics, Drawing, Art History and Theory Department of the School or other departments as may be created.
Senior Lecturer means a member of academic staff appointed at classification Level C.

  • Senior Lender means each holder of a Senior Note.

  • Subordinated Shareholder Funding means, collectively, any funds provided to the Issuer by any Parent, any Affiliate of any Parent or any Permitted Holder or any Affiliate thereof, in exchange for or pursuant to any security, instrument or agreement other than Capital Stock, in each case issued to and held by any of the foregoing Persons, together with any such security, instrument or agreement and any other security or instrument other than Capital Stock issued in payment of any obligation under any Subordinated Shareholder Funding; provided, however, that such Subordinated Shareholder Funding:

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Senior Noteholders means the holders of the Senior Notes.

  • Junior Representative means, with respect to any series of Permitted Junior Debt, the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under the indenture or agreement pursuant to which such Permitted Junior Debt is issued, incurred or otherwise obtained and each of their successors in such capacities.

  • Senior Bank Debt means the Indebtedness (including letters of credit) outstanding under the Credit Facility as such agreement may be restated, further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified or replaced from time to time hereafter, together with any refunding or replacement of such Indebtedness.

  • Senior ABL Facility shall include any agreement (i) changing the maturity of any Indebtedness Incurred thereunder or contemplated thereby, (ii) adding Subsidiaries of the Company as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder, (iii) increasing the amount of Indebtedness Incurred thereunder or available to be borrowed thereunder or (iv) otherwise altering the terms and conditions thereof.
