Senior Indenture Trustee definition

Senior Indenture Trustee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of the parties to this Agreement.

Senior Indenture Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Senior Secured Note Indenture, together with its successors and assigns from time to time.

Senior Indenture Trustee means The Bank of New York, in its capacity as trustee under the Senior Indenture or any successor.
